Wanted to write sooner but became a bit queasy every time I saw our new light fixture. But as long as "she" likes it ...
Just wanted to update you all on Hyla's recent loss of all feminist inclinations. She has become convinced that the fulfilment experienced upon writing an academic masterpiece is nothing compared to that experienced after ironing 10 identical blue shirts, or frying a burger with onions to perfection. I am desperately trying to convince her otherwise but, so far, to no avail.
Please help or I fear I will become the largest and best-groomed husband in Jerusalem.
Otherwise, all is good here in Israel: the sun is shining, the clinics are quiet, and the Pope is waving at us!
Wanted to thank all of you for passing on advice about residency in the States. Am still trying to get my head round everything but any tips are much appreciated.
Must go and stop Hyla burning all her art history books.

she is your problem now. at home she wouldn't do shirts or cook.....only spent her time doing art history!
